Flugo Glitter Paint
One of our company’s main products is Flugo glitter paint. There are a few features of this paint that brings the best quality to our beloved customers.
What Is Glitter?
Glitter is made up of hundreds – even thousands or tens of thousands – of tiny pieces of various materials. Some common glitter materials include co-polymer plastics, aluminum foil, titanium dioxide, and iron oxide. They are usually produced in thin sheets that are painted with bright metallic or iridescent colours that reflect light. The sheets are then cut into tiny pieces to make glitter that sparkles brightly when its many pieces reflect light in a colourful spectrum. To apply glitter to an object, you will usually use glue or another type of sticky substance that the glitter will stick to. Flugo glitter paint is a product which we have already combined both glue and glitter and other ingredient in its best ratios to give you the best experience of decoration your walls or any other items.
Features of Glitter Paint
Firstly, it is a water-based product. Water-based, which also known as Latex, is the most common type of paint for home use. This fast-drying paint cleans up with soap and water, is environmentally responsible and has excellent performance. Water-based product is also known for its flexibility to withstand movement and its ability to prevent mildew and moisture from getting into your home. Water-based paint can be used in almost any application in the home, from exteriors and trim to interior walls and woodwork.
How To Apply Glitter Paint
You may be asking, how to apply glitter paint?
- Firstly, you have to make sure that the surface of your project is dry and free from dust.
- Then, dip the brush directly into the paint up to 1/3 of the length of the bristles. This stops the brush from being overloaded with paint and prevents dripping.
- Tap both sides of the brush lightly against the side of the bottle. This loads the paint more on the interior of the brush.
- Do not scrape the paint off the brush by dragging across the edge of the bottle. That just removes the paint, compresses the bristles, and makes the brush ineffective.
- Apply a thin layer of the paint on the surface. If you’re painting a larger wall area with a paintbrush, hold the paintbrush at about a 45°angle, paint the area using several diagonal strokes. Again, press the brush against the wall just enough to flex the bristles. It’s okay if the paint goes on a little heavy here.
- Next, distribute the paint on the large flat area with horizontal strokes of the paintbrush.
- Wait for it to dry then apply the second layer for better output.
- You may apply as many layers as you like.
- After the layers, remember to apply top coat as a protection layer and for a higher gloss effect.
